Integrative rehab offers a holistic and evidence-based approach to injury therapy. Every treatment is based on a thorough orthopaedic and movement based assessment, in order to find the root cause of the injury and achieve long term results. My goal is to have you getting back to the life you love, pain free.
Meet Erin,
I have been in the fitness and rehabilitation industry for the past 9 years. My passion for physical health and performance was fostered at the University of Toronto, where I completed my degree in Physical Health and Education, and played for the varsity basketball team.
Since then I have furthered my education by obtaining designations as a mobility (FRC) and strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS), as well as diplomas in Massage Therapy (RMT), and Osteopathy (DOMP). I have also completed additional training in medical acupuncture from McMaster university, as well as post partum rehabilitation (GrowCo), and concussion management (CCMI).
My favourite part of my job is having the opportunity to meet new people, and giving them the tools to achieve their goals.
When I am not in the clinic you can find me out on the dock or hiking with my dog Kaly.
